PA Mahjong hesabını ve hesaba bağlı bütün verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Uygulamadan silme

PA Mahjong'u aç, alttaki Profil sekmesine dokun.
Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabımı sil düğmesine dokun.
Silinecekleri okuyup Devam'a dokun, kutuya SİL yaz ve onayla.

Profilin: takma ad, avatar, doğum yılı, cinsiyet, profil fotoğrafı
Bölüm ilerlemen, puanların, yıldızların ve sıralamalardaki (dünya, haftalık, günlük, şehir) kayıtların

Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için şikâyetler saklanır: senin gönderdiğin şikâyetlerden kimliğin çıkarılır; başka oyuncuların senin hakkında gönderdiği şikâyetlerde yalnızca silinmiş hesabın kimlik numarası ve şikâyet edilen mesaj kalır, şikâyet edilen sesli mesajların kopyası da inceleme için saklanır. Sesli mesajlar zaten gönderildikten 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Silme hemen yapılır ve geri alınamaz.

Uygulamayı sildiysen

Hesabını Profil'de Hesabını koru ile e-posta ve şifreyle koruduysan buradan giriş yapıp silebilirsin.

Hesabını hiç korumadıysan (e-posta eklemediysen) hesabın anonimdir: adın, e-postan ya da telefon numaran yoktur ve uygulama silinince bu hesaba bir daha ulaşılamaz. Yine de silinmesini istiyorsan Profil'deki oyuncu kodunla birlikte destek@pamahjong.com adresine yaz.

Account and data deletion

In the app: open PA Mahjong, go to the Profil tab, tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account) at the bottom, read what is deleted, tap Devam (Continue), type SİL and confirm.

What is deleted: your profile (nickname, avatar, birth year, gender, profile photo), level progress, scores and leaderboard entries, collection and account backup, friendships and friend requests, chats with all text and voice messages, feedback you sent from Settings, and your e-mail sign-in. To prevent abuse, reports are kept: your identity is removed from the reports you sent; reports other players sent about you keep only the deleted account id and the reported message, and copies of reported voice messages are kept for review. Voice messages are deleted automatically 30 days after they were sent anyway. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you uninstalled the app: if you protected your account with an e-mail and password, sign in with the form above and delete it there. An account that was never protected is anonymous (no name, e-mail or phone number) and can no longer be reached once the app is removed; to have it deleted anyway, write to destek@pamahjong.com with your player code from the Profil tab.
